I don't know why I haven't seen this video before now. This is a really great video. At first I thought it was really fun and sweet with all the Hide cosplay and stuff. However, once inside it became very VERY sad... So many flowers. So much love. Hide has the best fans in the world... Still... **respect to all** Thank you so very much for sharing...

@Pinkspiderable There were rumors, that this memorial event was the last one. it's hard for me to believe in it, but anyway... there're also HIDE birthday party events held every year and you can visit Miura reien, Yokosuka and LEMONed. Even if there's no memorial concerts in May, HIDE will live in our hearts forever.
wow how cool is that all those hide fans, I know some old X Japan tracks found them pretty good, even though I dont understand the lyrics I was still able to enjoy them anyway, I listened to them in my car on the way to my japanese classes that I took years back haha ^^;.

When the video started, I was alrite while watching so many peoples came and pay him a visit but onces u are inside, I cant hold it back ma tears. Its was so emotional. And ya is indeed so sad cuz this is the last memorial. How I wish they still doin this memorial (every year) so the fans outside Japan can also come n give him our respect... (;_;)
@thiscanbedangerous Well, if hide were still alive he would have been in his 40s now - the clock may have stopped for him, but his fans from back in the day are still aging. Maybe some of those businessmen were down at the front at early X concerts as teenagers :) I like to see the mixture in that queue of people - th epower of hide and his music indeed!

Tsukiji Hongan-ji, I visited last year, went up to the priest and asked "Is Hideto Matsumoto, hide san in this temple?" and he was like "hide..hide..ah! Yes over here at the corner, people come here to send gifts and flowers..I think that's the one." I spent the next 30 mins taking photos and just standing..staring. Finally I made it. "Thank you for Visual Kei, without it I won't be standing here alone today."
omg...is it the last memorial ceremony? im going to japan next yr and hoped that i can join the next year's one... whatsoever, i will visit his grave.but it's quite a sad news to me

I've been to Tsukiji Honganji!!!!!! =D Went there last year, though it was really quiet cause it was at night ^^; the guard was nice and took a pic of me infront of it though haha. it's cool knowing that were i've been theres been a lot of people there before me even famous faces XD

That's so crazy! I've been to X Japan's concert in Taiwan last year. When Hide appear on the big screen on the stage. I almost cry~~
